I am NO Poet but Today I was.. LOL

May 8, 2010
You know what? I was never one to write poems or stuff like that, but today, I made a short poem, if you could call it that, and the thing that amazed me the most was that it rhymed.

Can you freakin believe it? I rhymed and it made sense! LOL.

I was only supposed to write a short Mother’s Day greeting for my mom, but then it became like this:

Though we don’t agree on things most of the time,
and we don’t talk as often and it might seem like we were a couple of mimes,
Though you may not be the best mom a mom could be to me,
I know you mean nothing but what’s best for me

Time has been taken from us abruptly,
and before we knew it I became a lady
We’ve had the wors…t times of the worse
but it’s okay, I don’t feel any remorse.

even if we have not spent quite the same time as most mom and daughters should,
I want you to know, I love you like how a daughter should.. ๐Ÿ™‚

Happy Mother’s day Mom! I love you! ๐Ÿ™‚ โ™ฅ โ™ฅ โ™ฅ

Weird how a few minutes of emotions and concentration can make you come up with things. Today, I surprised myself.

So apparently, I can rhyme, I can’t write poems as good as B, but hey, it’s a start.

Anyway, I’m not quite sure when Mother’s Day is exactly, but I don’t want to let it pass without greeting all my mom friends, I’ve already greeted my offline friends through text messages and Facebook, now I want to greet all my mom friends on the blogosphere.

So, to my friends, Shemah, Elai, Julie, Keely, Maria, Anne, tita Rhonna and Cookie, Happy Mother’s Day!
